This beauty starts off as a plain cement skull. It's been painted matte black and a gemstone design has been added to give it a subtle sparkle. 
 
There is a small planting hole shown in the second photo - NO drainage hole, which makes these perfect for indoor use (preferred, as the gem glue can deteriorate quicker with prolonged rain/sun exposure), for airplants, or for other home organization.
